JohnTV.com is a citizen journalism combined with neighborhood crime watch project by Oklahoma city videographer and self proclaimed video vigilante, Brian Bates. Armed with a couple of video cameras, Bates walks the streets of his city and films prostitutes, their clients, their pimps, and any other sort of criminal behavior he can find. He then also chases after those people, calls the police on them, and posts the videos, edited "cops" style, on hit popular youtube page and on his own website. His videos are so popular, they've collectively reached over 10 million views.
