my father had a bar many years ago and as a kid i noticed all the white ceiling tiles were a deep yellow, even though they had exhaust vents...all from tobacco smoke..
They used to have smoking and non-smoking sections in restaurants and you know what, I could still smell the smoke in the non-smoking section. Unless it's a closed off room it's no good for the non-smokers. It's not that hard to go outside. If it's an area with bad weather they should have a special patio for them.
People who smoke are putting the health of themselves and others at risk. Nobody should have to be subjected to that, especially children. Smokers are the one at fault, IMO. Non-smokers don't want to smoke and smokers are capable of not smoking.
Forcing things on people is your expertise boob moron.

Who wants to smell smoke while they are eating? Yeah smokers have rights but so do nonsmokers.
smoking is tired.
It should be the restaurants' choice. If a place wants to be non-smoking, fine. Having the government force it on them is wrong.
Crap, that was me. This thing logs me out mid-commenting sometimes.

Smokers get to smoke, non smokers don't inhale smoke, everybody is happy
