What or who pushed Heather Locklear over the edge?

TV superstar Heather Locklear has checked herself into a facility in Arizona.  Her spokesperson says: "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released." 

Locklear divorced husband Richie Sambora (guitarist for Bon Jovi) in 2006, only to watch Sambora date her friend, actress Denise Richards.  Locklear reportedly started taking medication in 2006.  Earlier this year, a friend of Locklear's called 911, afraid that Locklear may be suicidal. ( More on Dlisted )
