well when i skateboarded over this old lady, first the foot (she went down) and then the legs (they went crunch, crunch), and finally up over the chest onto the head, i was charged with skate boarding with intent to mame and kill. How unfair, dude.
Not at the right place and time. However, skaters often don't show good judgment.
