Carlin died last night of an heart attack. He was in his seventies.

Dirty words have been done to death. In fact, you rarely encounter a comedian who doesn't swear constantly. It's not actually a direction that I like comedy to have gone.
Unfortunately his "shtick" got old over time. He was a great comedian though.
