Do you think all the hateful conflict, objectional content & spam that a certain recent group of members brought with them to PollsB will hurt PollsB business?

I didn't delete/erase anything. Must of been the administration for this site or the member that registered as Guest, which would enable them to delete there own comments (I see the Guest account has been deleted as of this morning). I wanted all the comments to stay showing so everyone could see exactly how crazy you really are. All I can suggest is that you leave the comments again.

Why do you keep erasing the comments telling the community who you are?  Karen from Matchups?  They gal that got the site shut down by harrassing all of the members?  By deleting those individual comments you are proving who you are!

You're just looking for someone to blame for the mess you created. You'll have to keep looking. Try a mirror.

I don't think you're wrong, but... practicality dictates that a programmer apply band-aids to such problems, since he/she can't fix the users.  Even if a percentage of us -- or even a majority -- agree with you and attempt to live by better standards, it is inevitable that some users will not.  In fact, I would say that the majority of users on here don't participate in the drama.  Everyone who lives in the online world eventually has to learn to live with the trolls and haters.  You'll be much happier once your sense of indignation has been sufficiently damaged that you accept the world the way it is.

You know what I think?  I think the "guest" is you!  So from one "guest" to another...give it up.  We know you are trying to cause more trouble for that group with these polls.  If you were so concerned about the problem you would have done one poll and that's it.  But ... here you are back from that other site trying to instigate yet more drama and get this site closed down.  You are jealous of the relationship these folks have.  THEY are not causing any problem.  Just folks like yourself that "pick" on them.  So go away.

We know....but there is nothing that you can do. It's practically impossible to control the masses. The best thing that anyone can do is police their own surveys and delete unwanted comments.

Our social ethics & responsibilities have become non-existent.

That is just a band-aide to cover the real problem. Site members need to shoulder some of this responsibility as well.

If it does, it's because of design flaws in the www.Pollsb.com application.  Feeds, forums, and such would reduce the risk of these things, along with "ignore" features, that I've already requested many times from the pollsb team.

It happens on all social networking sites. It's easy to just ignore.
