If McCain were to say that he will pull ground troops and reduce the War to sanctions, covert operations, select air strikes and using international media would you be more inclined to vote for him?

LOL I'm sorry, I had this great explanation about how it doesn't matter who your candidate is... blah blah blah which included a brief  tutorial on economics and foreign policy  but decided I'd just go with "WOW! You are sniffing glue"

To pull out of Iraq would be a big mistake, It will be nice when one day we no longer have to be there.  But just by denying that there is a problem with something dosnt make it go away, even if we (USA) helped create that problem.

i come from Madagascar but here everyone follows with interest the elections and Ithink everybody would agree to say that Mc cain is nearly the same as Bush so it would be a big mistake to send someone who is Iraq war ,it's a   genocide ,ieaqian people only wants to defend its country from invasion, and that is the reason why oil peices are increasing ,it has an   impact on world's economy  so   thin k about  it ,before  you  do anything ,think about world's strikes and you'll see that anyone would   be better than this candidate !!!!!!!!!

I would be a LITTLE more inclined to vote for him, but it would take a whole lot more than that.

Those options don't work and the ground surge is working better than it's advocate thought it would be. U.S. troop and Iraqi civilian deaths are down dramatically. A significant percentage of the country has been secured against insurgent threat. We may not all agree on whether or why we went in but if we leave now we doom those we have liberated and promised to protect to the same fate as the 3 million dead  Cambodians we abandoned in Vitenam. It's as stupid as your dr performing heart surgery to save you then not closing up the wound. I still live in a country where our word means something.
