Would you apply Oestrogen to the penis in order to decrease the possibility of HIV infection?


A new study suggests that applying Oestrogen to the penis increases the thickness of the natural Keratin layer, would would assist in prevention of HIV infection to the male. (source)

well i dont want HIV, but if there was a risk at play why would I be engaging in sexual activities with the person in the first place?
