Overall, it's a pretty good job; nice paint handling, good flesh tones and all, but the composition is awkward. I hope this picture is cropped! People's heads should not be cut off like this in a painted portrait. Also, the face of the younger lady is a little distorted, showing a slight right-handed bias.
