A man in Oslo forced to wash because he stinks his nursing home, refuses, wants to take the case to Norway's supreme court

The man, 54 year old, is a former physics student whose lack of personal hygiene got him expelled from student housing in the late 1970s. He then started living in a pile of garbage close to the campus, where public authorities let him be.
