For $30 million tax free, would you stay in New York for the rest of your life, never to leave it for any reason?

no problem I would agree then invest the money, when I had enough interest give it back. I would have enough money to live anywhere without restrictions. (exit stage right singing if I were a rich man) (my lawyers would keep then tied up for years after my death if they objected)

I ♥ New York and it would take the rest of my life to see it all, but I don't think I could "never leave"; maybe I could agree to never leave until I got the money.
