While at work, what percentage of your time goes towards personal Internet use?

A recent report based on "psychometric trials" carried out by Goldsmiths University, says that "e-breaks" don't distract employees from their work but rather help them reduce stress while sharpening and focusing their minds for another round of work. Read more on Yahoo! Tech's The Working Guy.

My department is downsized and will eventually be obsolete so I'm just here waiting for them to give me work. So I'm extremely bored. Which unfortunately makes my day go by super slow.
