I compose all the copy in a simple text-editor program, put all the necessary links and/or embed information in that same document, and only then post my poll.-The reason I started doing things this way is because I once tried to post a poll only to see it fail, and I lost all my witty text and links and things. So I like to be prepared.
I've had that happen too, and on some occasions I can no longer get the magic back of that original text, it's a shame

i do this at work where i constantly edit and write text.. copy and paste a LOT hahaha!!! but like you say, its only smart to do it like that
