If I thought someone was sketching me, I would be flattered!
I used to people watch a lot, but... at some point, I had enough. I always have a laptop with me, my PSP, camera, cellphone, a couple books, pencils, sketch pad, etc... when I'm in the airport.
I never turn down an opportunity to go to the airport just for that reason. :-)
People hate to be stared at, though. People PARTICULARLY hate being stared at when you're sketching at the same time. What is it with people, anyway?
