That dress is atrocious. A textbook example of someone who refuses to dress her age (read: tastefully) Ho-hum. Meryl Streep is only eight years her junior but has already learned this valuable life lesson.
I think people are getting so used to un-naturally white teeth that they don't know what normal teeth look like. Her's don't look yellow or decaying (on my computer anyway). Teeth that look too white freak me out.

Botox, whiten teeth and trim hair to shoulders and the rest could look great. Also, her face foundation is too pale even for her.
