I don't watch these shows but if he asks and she really likes him why not? There is nothing wrong with marrying for money if both parties are aware of the arrangement.

Ok listen: Shayne Lamas is a failed actress trying to live up to her dad's shadow (not that Lorenzo Lamas ever got to anything big, but whatever), she doesn't get cast anywhere ever since her soap career ended at General Hospital. She decides to do reality because it's the only audition she lands. Ends up winning - well, she IS hot, and she IS better than the other unknowns, so The Bachelor producers have incentive to keep her on. But is she going to marry this Matt dude? I think not. Publicity acheived, maybe now she can land some more minor roles on daytime TV shows. If she doesn't she'll try to squeeze this story even more: expect some "hot" gossip story about Shayne Lamas and Matt Grant's failed relationship in the magazines in a week or two or three. Something in the vein of "he wasn't interested in sex, all he wanted was to watch football".
basic rule of thumb: you meet someone on a reality tv show, you don't marry them. that's that. Applies to the Shayne and Matt too. (not that I watch this show. no siree).
did anyone watch last night's finale? I know it's trash but boy - it's gooood trash. All in all, I would have made the same decision Matt did and choose Shayne too. She's h-o-t hot.
