I have a Playstation Portable (PSP) with the neat-o GPS accessory. I have detailed maps of the entire state of Texas, and "major roads" maps of the entire USA on it. I don't use it much, but it's handy if I get lost going to some new place (not very often).
Garmin - GPS is badass I can't believe everyone doesn't have one!

I give directions by compass values (N, S, E, W) and people look at me like "Huh?", bleh....
Other. I google map if I need directions.
I don't because I rarely go very far. My hubbie is the one with the gadgets.

I know more people who have them and can't work them and then they are just a huge distraction in the car and seriously affect road safety.
