I feel bad for their children. I'm afraid their sanity will be lost once they leave  homeschooling (and home) and enter the real world. Will they still be able to remain "pure" and stay true to God and Jesus? Will they be crushed under the pressures of "reality"?

Those rabbit breeding behaviors may be criminal in some near future. Wait till the whole oil and energy issue gets solved and then we will all turn our ears to the next big mankind problem: Overpopulation

I love the fact that I came from a large family (12).  But I would worry about the health of the mother.

I don't know what the big excitement is - here in Arizona I know several Mormon families who have 20 - yes the same parents.

If the kids truly get love and attention and a proper home school education then as long as they aren't sucking off the government  live and let live. Who am I to say who can have how many children? Though I will say in my parents house of 10 kids it really sucked, I'm capable of seeing that not everyones situation is a reflection of my own.

It's a shame but, it appears that the fathers of the adoptive may have done just that (spread their seed).  If those seeds weren't spread, there wouldn't be children to adopt.  Makes me wonder who are actually the selfish ones.

The article is interesting (and one on msn). Good on them!  She is an amazing woman in my eyes. Having the ability to raise that many children, homeschool them all and maintain her sanity is astounding.  It appears they are well rounded and have amazing love, you can't fault that.  Can you imagine the logistics of having a family that big...wow!

And the children suffer because they cannot have the things other children have in an average household.

You'd think there would be at least one ugly kid, but no. One of many reasons they should stop now.
