You are not a carnivore, you are an omnivore (there goes your credibility). I am a very fit vegetarian. Studies show that soy beans, tofu, and grains are all HEALTHY foods. Don't go by fad diets, they obviously don't stick around for a reason.

I'm vegan and buff and fit and I eat fat. I'm fit enough to use my own pic.

As a carnivore, I feel the urge to retaliate for this poll. I have never seen a really buff, fit looking vegetarian. Also, the problem with the modern implementation of a vegetarian diet is that it includes cooked foods in the diet. The worst foods are the soy beans, the tofu, the grains and the sugars. It's of no use to eat these foods organic when they are unhealthy anyway. Most vegetarian diets also lack fat content and the fat they do eat are unhealthy poly-unsaturated (vegetable) fats. And... about the grain.... C'MON! Give me a break.... like, does anyone actually believe that just because America wasn't feeding it to cows, they'd ship it to the 3rd world to feed everyone?? Yeah right.....because they do that with all the other excess and surplus food they have.....NOT
