Five years ago and still healing from a Brown Recluse bite on each calf. Doctors did not believe me, since most Brown Recluse bites occur on toes and fingers, because the flesh did not rot or decay. I developed major infections in each calf and would erupt in a pore sized wound that would get larger. After spending 8 weeks under a wound care clinic's care, the infections returned. I took colloidal silver and got rid of the flare ups and the eruptions have stopped. I lived in an attic of an old house that had been converted to an apartment. I killed 7 Brown Recluse spiders in that apartment. Be careful out there.
Spider time! In my teenage days, one day when heading out for school, I open the front door to find a massive tarantula wedged there between the screen door and the front door. It scared me silly. We simply closed the front door, opened the screen door and let it wander off. Later, when removing one of our wooden fence posts (which involved digging out the concrete which helped it stay in place), I was pouring water in the hole I had dug to soften up the dirt, and the ground started to move and I saw what looked like several worms digging to the surface. Turns out it was another tarantula, or maybe even the same one (since we had one in our fauced in that area before as well). I promptly put it on my shovel, and flung it across the street. That being said, tarantulas don't scare me anymore
ditto!
ALL OF THE ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dude, that happened to my old tennis coach. Now I'm rightfully terrified.
