I routinely use all of these operating systems. However, Macs are expensive, so I don't have a very new one. I multi-boot Ubuntu and WinXP on my laptop, but I use WinXP more often, because although Ubuntu is awesome... it doesn't support all the software I need. My primary desktop machine is a 64-bit quad-core... so Vista was the best option. Also, I run three 21" monitors, plus a 17" tablet monitor, and I needed something which could support that type of environment.

I'm using Ubuntu at the moment, it's quite good. I prefer XP to Vista.
Vista on my new PC and XP on my Laptop. Vista sucks big time - no matter what you turn off or on.
Vista actually isn't too bad once you turn off the security warnings that pop up all the time. But I do like XP better.
But I prefer XP.
I want to buy a new computer, but I don't want to be forced to use the Vista crapfest
