I met Tommy Lee when he was about 16 o17. He went to school iwith my nephews, in Covina, Royal Oak I believe. I was in my mid-20's and I had an interest in drums and drummers. He was excellent - I had heard nothing like it since sitting with my Uncle in Long Beach as a child listening to Gene Crupa. My nephew had taken up the drums and we were visiting, well not important. Really what is important is the Mr. Lee is terrific. Whenever I read or see a video I can see the growth from boy to man. If I could say anything to him today it would be that he can do anything he really wants to do now that he knows who he really is. His talent is God given as Crupa's was. Tommy, Crupa too got mixed up. You just may be his spirit (no I am not crazy) back for the round of clean up on earth. I am not crazy - my belief is that we are reborn to this earth to get it right and if you are lucky enough to actually find who you were before you will be able to take the different path.
