People are just going to spend it gas anyways... the only people its going to benifit is the gas companies!

They've got to be fucking idiotic to think this would work.  All it's going to do is compensate for the $5.00 a gallon I'm paying right now to fill up my dual 150 gallon tanks.

It is actually a welfare package for big oil coming just in time so people drive it all up over the summer at $4 per gallon. Wake up America!
