ROFLMAO. First, nice shell game but The fundamentalist raid has nothing to do with this. Secondly, 50 rounds into a car holding 3 men that had just struck another officer with that vehicle. Not 50 rounds in a man. Nice to see you blow that up like the other subject too. I don't care to argue with anyone over this. If you actually read what I wrote instead of just spending the time skimming and thinking of a self-important retort you would see I support when the justice system works properly. I didn't say anyone deserved to be shot. I didn't even say I had a real opinion on their guilt or not. Nice bait and switch though bud. I said If the prosecution failed to produce a proper case then the system worked in not convicting them. The judge must rely on the evidence. Not public speculation. I wonder if you are one of those uninformed individuals crying race that doesn't even know 2 out of three of the cops were black. Best do your research before you open your mouth and make veiled threats against my family.

50 rounds fired at an unarmed man, it's murder. Giggly you were upset about the government taking children from their parents, even though evidence showed the possibility of abuse, and not one, not two, but three policemen empty their pistols at one unarmed man and you think it is okay cause he might have been a thug or a threat to three armed policemen. You're sending mixed signals here girl. Here's what happened, three drunk detectives brutally murdered an unarmed man and it was covered up by police, city and court. Neo-Nazi justice for a poor unfortunate who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. It happens everyday somewhere in America. I pray you never have to experience what his mother has suffered but if someday you get that phone call remember what you have said here. These bitter words you have spouted will be difficult to swallow.

From what I understand the testimony from the witnesses was extremely inconsistent. Under our system the proper legal result was determined. Not to say I know if they were guilty or not but the fact that the guy was engaged and celebrating or that his mother cries on tevevision doesn't mean he wasn't  drunk or a threat to the police. He did try to run the police officers over. Another case where the public is swayed by emotions and not facts. This was a very public trial with very little room for funny business. If they are guilty it's the failure of the prosecution to bring forward a strong enough case. We can't put 3 men in prison because the media has pullled on the heartstrings of the public. It is more likely however that the proper verdict was achieved. I noticed the link here is to The New York Times. LOL. Motto... all the news we can make up!
