I have never ever been abused until a few minutes ago when someone called me a poopoo head. C'mon, I don't think there is one person I know that hasn't been abused in one form or another. The question should be a little more focused.
Yeah, I've suffered lots of school bullying, they stopped after I got taller than any other kid on the school, but the damage was already done. I'm still struggling to get rid of all the traumas and paranoid emotions I developed back then :\

i've been abused because of my so much kindness by some of my friends before.
yeah! it really happened to several people.
I don't know a single person who has never ever been even slightly abused in at least one of the forms you mentioned
