ah man I'm so embarrassed I waste gallons! I should really get one of those mist showers installed (sigh of relief) at least I don’t take baths now that’s really wasting water!

We live from our own rain water tanks (and solar heated hot water)...so when we have rain, I spend a long time in the shower. I LOVE IT and I don't feel one bit guilty!  And I shower with hubby and kids sometimes too :-)

Hubby and I share a bath. If I have to take a shower I wet, turn on the shower lather, then rinse. I have one of those water saver devices that allows the water top stay the temp you set it while cutting it off. It costs $6. My family of 4 water usage is half as much as  a single resident in my city. Wasting anything just seems ungrateful. Preachy lil thing aren't I?
