I don't think they should have children because of the great risk of deformation but if they never had a parent child relationship and they are both consenting adults I would have a problem saying it's any of the governments business if they choose to be a couple.

While this imposes an obvious infringement on the "couples" rights, it seems obligatory that a system set up to protect people from being abused, manipulated and controlled, does so.
