Of all the options the economy its the only thing that actually worries me. Nuclear threats are mostly from one specific country to another specific country, so I'm confident that my third world country doesn't get into someone's missle lock. Moral decline its sort of overrated, and never ending wars will endure as long as there are reasons to kill each other. The falling economy may not seem like quite a catastrophe, but if unleashed it can be as damaging as a war and its gonna impact almost all countries (including mine, which its kind of scary)
Fear is not an option, but I worry that too many people do not care about the other choices enough to admit they were wrong and need to change. As a society we cannot hope to survive if too many of us think we can do anything we want as long as our president, or our minister, or our neighbor says so. It is incredible that people still think Iraq was a good decision, or that spending more than we take in is OK, or that cutting aid to the poor in order to wage war or bail out industry is the right thing to do. America needs to get back the pioneer spirit she has lost. The patriotism people had was real concern for the country and not a tool to get your vote or money.
I'm also concerned with moral decline, although I am primarily concerned with morals like "don't steal" and "don't hurt people" and "be productive" as opposed to traditional concerns about vulgar behaviour and sex.

I'm scared just by reading the options...
All of the above.
