I have silver lining syndrome. When my apt. bldg. burned while I was in the hospital I thanked the Lord. If I had been at home the smoke may have killed me. Also, my brother and his brother-in-law moved me because I had move asap and I was still in the hospital. I met a really great lookng nurse while in the hospital, the only apt left was next door to the laundry so I could wash the smoke out of all my clothes with very little trouble and finally my Harley was sitting on my patio and it was untouched. Thank you Jesus

Anger is a usually secondary emotion. Personally I get angry too but it's after I've panicked, cried, freaked out....THEN I get pissed.

"Something bad" implies a danger for someone or something I care for, fear will rise my anger, but hopefully guide me to do something proactive and protective first.

Apathy is my second emotion - probably trying to mask my depression.

That's what I used to think.  For me it turns out to be anger.  I was in a minor car accident - first reaction was "damnit!".  I had a punk trying to break into our house, my first reaction was "You SOB, what the hell are you doing?  I'm gonna kill your a$$"  LOL  It surprised me too.... I was very pissed off.  My adrenal glands work very fast.

I get angry. It's always first. And depending on the situation, I cry. Mhm... o_0
