The Heike Crab seems to have a Samurai Face on its back. What's the Explanation?

It's just a coincidence.

It's a manifestation of the spirits of drowned Samurai warriors.

Japanese craftsmen carve these crab's shells to make them look that way.

Fishermen tend to throw back crabs that look like this, and they have done this for such a long time that this characteristic has been bred into this kind of crab.

I think it's a photo-fake.
