Well im too sure about it but there are less crimes in australia and i feel safe all the time living here if its a horrific crime then its a life time in jail

This is horrible! What action was taken after the boy's suicide to punish his tormentors and eradicate bullying? Now to "controlled hazing": what kind of hazing is acceptable? I'd like to mention your opinion on my anti-hazing website, www.sos-bizutage.com , which, as I have often said, has a section in English. At the time when I was hazed, no liquor (lower risks of brutal incidents), girls were not hazed, now hazing has often become a tolerated form of sexual harassment, and this kind of master-slave relationship, no thanks!
