I swear shorts under all my dresses and skirts anyways. Not for that reason, just incase I fall over or feel like going on a swing or something. haha. Things like this make me glad I take that precaution.

this should be a crime because in new york if you have ur nipple or ur lips showing its a crime. so why is it ok to take a pic of something like that not a crime. her lips are showing.. it wouldent be her fault it should be his. so for the people that dont think it should not be a crime imagine a camra in the bathroom recording u up the towel do u think that would be a crime. its like the same thing its your privetsy and i beileve that that should be a crime. if u wanna see something like that go to ur whife or u girl friend or go look up porn on line for gods sakes. a crotch is a crotch yea they might not all look the same some can be skinny and some can be fat but theres all shapes and sizes on porn. i dont think u should be aloud to take pics of someone that doesent have am intrest in pornography.

No one should be able to look up a girl's skirt, especially a 16 yr old's skirt, and not be charged with some kind of crime. This is just another example of the agenda of some to legalize sex with children. DISGUSTING!

i think its discusting my bf yesterday was arrested in Wal mart in NJ for doing that and its not the 1st time hes done it he was caught the last time but nothing happened im making him go for cousiling ... because i told him at the age of 19 yrs old and going on 20 in 3 months thats a sick ness.. i told him he needs to get help... i think its wrong regaurdless if the person is wearing a skirt or not.. i guess the ppl that are for it are saying its perfectly ok.. until it happens to you.. u should be able to wear what ud like but for a guy to take a picture up your skirt.. u all say its because theyre horny, no.. it itsnt its because theyre sick in the head and need help.. it isnt right because hey your husbands/ boyfriends wont like it if u grabbed another man's a** its the same thing.. in a way.. i just think over all it shouldnt be allowed to do.. eventually men like that the way i see it , become phedophiles.. it isnt right the way i see it.. if any one knows if its allowed in the state  of new jersey please let me know.. at foxtrottr@yahoo.com

But...The way I look at it, if women are stupid enough to wear short skirts or anything that could reveal EVERYTHING with a strong gust of wind, it's their own fault.   People take pictures of people.  That's how it is.Me?  If I wear a mini skirt out, all day long, I at least have some latex booty shorts on underneath or something.  Doesn't take away from the effect, but I won't have to call home and apologize when I show up on the 'net.

I voted "disgusting." Women (and children!) have been wearing skirts for centuries, trusting that there shouldn't be decent men on the floor peering up them. As Marilyn Monroe demonstrated, we don't wear flowing skirts on [windy] days because skirts are not lingerie. So, does this mean peeping Toms are allowed to install "surveillance cameras" on the floor?

I think the guy is invading the girl's personal space.  I think about 3 feet apart is OK.  Getting close enough to  put a camera up her skirt is just too close.  People should have some space.  Sometimes, people are in crowded places (and 3 feet won't work) like elevators, escalators, trains, Led Zepplin concert ticket lines, etc.  Suppose the girl was 15, or 14, or 12, and the mother told the guy to stay away from the daughter, and the guy takes the picture . . . so, now all perverts can legally prey on our children?  That just isn't right.  People should be able to go out in public without being molested.  The world is turning upside-down.

likeness from unauthorized use? The law is if you are in public your photo may be taken, your house may be photographed, anything in public domaain can be recorded or taken a picture of. Only exceptions are anything in the private dowmain such as if it is the rule of a private establichment, but in that case u may only be asked to leave. Your camera or film may not be confisgated unless there is a warrant or you are arreted by a law enforcement official. So yes it may be rude and offensve but that doesnt make it a crime unless he touched her. Just be careful and watch your back like in anything you do. Also he is not allowed to legally sell the photo unless she gives written permission, but may post it. Deframation of character or invading private space thank god are not laws, only attempted civil suits.

No, if the wind blew the skirt up it would be a gift from God.  However, kneeling and using a camera unbeknowist to the object of attention is rude, crude, and a violation of personal dignity.  Taking the picture while sitting at a publicly provided table or bench next to a clear sided escalator is just bad (or good) thinking on the establishments part.

someone took a pic up my skirt I'd kick them in the face. probably more than once.  They could then go home and enjoy the photo through their watery eyes and broken nose. It may not be a crime but it's a violation of their personal space to get up close to their cooter. Some things may be legal but still really really wrong.

Actually, Marilyn Monroe's famous skirt photo was NOT from a windy day, but rather she was standing over a subway grate which commonly has gusts of air coming up from underground.

There should be a distinction made between passive and active behavior.PASSIVE:  sitting on a bench in the mall, watching women in skirts ride up the clear-sided escalator.ACTIVE:  Crawling on all fours like a dog, or using a camera with the night-vision-in-daylight circuit modification to see through clothing, or using a James Bond spy cam in your shoe.
