Further, Guede has twice before been caught breaking in to places while smashing windows and carrying knives. Further, there's ZERO forensic evidence (or otherwise) indicating the satanic orgy etc. suggested by the prosecuter, who himself is currently under investigation/indicted for his repeated past abuses of power as a prosecutor... which includes his high reliance on an Italian woman/blogger who channels a dead priest for the "evidence" he then likes to give high emphasis in court. Regardless of your own hangups about how attractive people get treated better or whether American college kids are spoiled or self-centered, all of which may be true, this is an incredible miscarriage of justice that's underway.
